HeardUp is provided for lawful operational messaging between businesses and their staff. You are responsible for consent, compliance, and content sent through your account.

Acceptable Use

No unlawful, abusive, or deceptive messaging
No unsolicited marketing outside applicable consent requirements
Maintain accurate organization and recipient information

Service Availability

We aim for high availability, but uptime is not guaranteed. Third-party providers (hosting/SMS) may affect delivery.

Follow these steps while using your phone to see how HeardUp works in real time. Keep this tab open — you'll see everything update live as you text.

Add yourself

Start here

Staff → Add Staff. Enter your name and real mobile number. Save.

We'll auto-assign you an active shift starting now — so you'll get a clock-in reminder text within a few seconds, just like real staff would.

STEP 230 sec

Open the staff card

👉 Check your phone. You should see a text reminding you to clock in. Tap the link.

That's the staff card every employee sees — schedule, shifts, points, all in one place. No app. No download. No login. Ever.

You'll see a big Clock In button at the top. Ignore it for now — we want to show you the magic. Save (215) 772-1553 to your contacts as "HeardUp."

Clock in by text ⭐

From your phone, text IN to (215) 772-1553.

👉 Look at Time Cards in this tab. You're clocked in, live.

That's the entire time clock. No kiosk. No tablet. No app. Your staff already know how to send a text.

STEP 41 min

Fill an open shift ⭐

Compose → Open Shift. Pick any time. Send to yourself.

👉 Reply YES on your phone.

Open the message in this tab → click Approve.

👉 Confirmation text hits your phone. Shift filled in under a minute.

Look around

Schedule — drag-and-drop weekly grid, recurring shifts
Time Cards — edit, export to payroll
Leaderboard — engagement points staff actually compete over
Quizzes — comprehension checks with answer tracking

Clean up

Staff → find your name → Remove. Thanks for keeping the demo tidy for the next person.
